Return Policy

We hope all of our customers are 100% satisfied. We have a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges. A 10% restocking fee is charged for returns. All returns must be in original condition and packaging and they must not have a smoke odor to them or pet hair on them. Returns that have a smoke odor or pet hair will not be refunded.

In the unlikely event of packing errors or damaged merchandise, please return the incorrect or damaged items including a brief note describing the problem to Traveling Quilt Kit and we will credit your account or send a replacement.
